Desire

desire can change someone... something... everything.

the degree of desire varies, depending on how much one can resist.

when desire become unstoppable, regretable things happened.

Desire animates and gives life to the world. without desire, everything will be dead. quiet and still. no one desire anything and that gives us a frozen world. cold and dead.

desire comes in all shapes..

we are awash with desires in our every waking moment.

you now may even be experiencing desire, the desire you want to achieve for yourself or the desire to achieve something for someone, to please someone.

aging never stop us from desiring, it may only change what we desire.

what we desire changes due time, along with what we experience in life.

what we see, hear, feel, sense, influence how we think and therefore makes changes to what we desire.

at times in life, we change our desire because we realise there are something more important to us than any other desire we ever had.

sometimes, our dreams reflected what we are desiring.

in dreams, we are finding ways to get around all potential obstacles and sub consciously helping ourselves to get closer to our desire.

have you ever try to stem the flow of your thoughts? stopping for a few seconds to stop desiring? every little things you do, is associated with desire.

it's just that sometimes it is so small that you do not see it as a desire at all.

because we continually desire, we are oblivious of its presence in us.

desiring to have that lunch, own that car, feel the touch, watch the game, whatever matters to you.

if you try to stop your thoughts, you will find that it is actually quite hard to do so, isn't it? unless you are meditating, that is.

interesting isn't it? ^^

Chosen Quotes to share with... (TWO)

If we can really understand the problem, the answer will come out of it, because the answer is not separate from the problem.

Freedom from the desire for an answer is essential to the understanding of a problem.
Jiddu Krishnamurti

----------------------------------------

my interpretation...

to get to the bottom of a problem, is to really stay calm and rational... to look clearly of the problem at hand and have the determination to find out the source of the problem.
do not ever rush for an answer, because rushing will lead to irrational judgment.. rushing will cloud judgment and make the problem harder to be solved.
