Belief and Reality

"You cannot separate your beliefs about reality from the reality you experience. Your beliefs about reality form it. Your ideas about what is possible and what is not possible are reflected in all areas."

Quoted from Seth's 'The Nature of Personal Reality'

i agree this world is form by atoms and molecules which is on constant movement...and i see them as the unit itself that has their own level of consciousness..
in short, reality is nothing but atoms and molecules in the simplest term.

Reality.
we can never cease to believe that what we feel and see is real.
but what if one day, someone...
set up all the so called "realities" and tell you whatever you see or hear is real
will you EVER have the idea that tells you it is not REAL?
will you ever think about it at all?
will you for one second doubt the reality, when it is those who are close to you who tells you repetitively that what you see is real?
will you take it seriously when there's a someone who then tells you that everything is not really real?
you will say "you are crazy, this... (looking around) is REAL.. i am REAL."
yes, you are real.
you are real because you believe you are.
you grow up believing you are.
but sometimes our consciousness is too obsess with the "real" that we can not see the things that is "unreal" to us.
we say there is no such thing as ghost. that is a myth. an eerie story to scare ourselves off to get the mere excitement off it.
however true or untrue that is, if ghost exists, maybe it will be the other way round, that for them who live in the reality of ghost, we are in return perceived to be "ghost" to that other reality.
well.. it is just an example.
for me, ghost, is just a term. a label.
sometimes merely a label can not really represent the thing as a whole.
so for the most, i choose not to take the term too seriously.

consciousness. reality. beliefs.
our beliefs formed our reality.
and it is through our consciousness to persist and keep our beliefs and reality alive.

we are never complete

we are afraid of being lonely.. hence we always find things to fill up our lives. so that we feel... fulfilled. just a theory though.

but, between the lines, there's just some realness.. when we feel that we have nothing to do, we always end up with something to do. to think deeper though, all the things that we do to fill out our loneliness, are they meaningful enough to fill our life?

see this in another light.. everything that we have done, have its consequences, may it good or bad. meaningful or not, it's another case.. something that we do might not enhancing our knowledge, or wisdom, but perhaps it brings certain happiness into our lives, or into your friends' lives.

there's a theory that saying "why running away from loneliness? why not just stay there and face it and try to understand loneliness?"~~~

haha, this gets my head spinning..

we run away from loneliness coz we are afraid of being lonely. why are we afraid of being lonely?

we are afraid of being lonely becoz we likes to communicate with one another.

why do we communicate then? so that we can understand more about this world. we can't really totally understand our world even until the end of our lives. hence we are all eager to know more about this world through the lens of other people. because our perspectives are limited.

oh yeah.. don't get all serious with "i know that" "i understand that" "i have totally achieve this, i am thus complete".. no, you dun know at all. all that we perceive is only part of the whole. there's more that we have not yet explore.

each of us see things differently, which some of us frequently see some parts of the truth and others see the other parts of the whole.

we are never complete.

short of breath...

as i look around me...
everywhere is US...
sometimes it is suffocating to know how different we are.
yet most of the time there are similarities.
is there more similarities than difference?
should we focus on just the similarities? or just on the difference?
is it good to be just like everyone else?
everyone else has it; everyone else is doing it; everyone else believes it......
what will happen if one day you find out that you are the only one who is awake?
will you try to escape from it? from the "reality"?
or will you attempt to wake up others too?
or would you rather just knock yourself unconscious and keep on sleepwalking in the "reality" everyone perceive as "TRUE"?
